BPI BizLink – Foreign Exchange Procedure

Step 1: Log In to BPI BizLink

1. Open the BPI BizLink website using the approved company link:

   Website: https://www.bpibizlink.com/fo/index

2. Retrieve the login credentials from the authorized Banking Credentials file.

   • Corporate Code: Use the registered corporate code.

   • Username: Use the assigned username.

   • Password: Retrieve the password securely.

3. Enter the required credentials and log in.

Step 2: Open Foreign Exchange

1. Once logged in, locate the menu at the top of the page.

2. Select Foreign Exchange.

Step 3: Complete the Foreign Exchange Form

Fill in all required fields accurately.

1. Foreign Exchange Type: Sell

2. Amount to Be Debited: USD ****

3. Transfer From: 1364024556

4. Transfer To: 1369437239

5. Purpose:
   Sporting, Cultural and Recreational Services - only if the purpose is for holiday packages / Net Peso Revenue of foreign airlines / shipping companies- Only if purchasing airlines tickets

6. Source of Funds for the Transaction: Payment from foreign client

7. Residency of the Company: Resident

8. For Eventual Remittance On or Before: Skip this field

9. Name of the Intended Beneficiary of FX Remittance: Jetliner Express

10. Address of the Intended Beneficiary of FX Remittance: Proper 2 San Vicente Liloan Cebu

11. Remarks: Please specifiy

Step 4: Review and Submit

Before submitting the transaction:

• Verify the USD debit account and PHP destination account.

• Check the USD amount, exchange rate, and expected PHP amount.

• Confirm the purpose, source of funds, and beneficiary details.

• Follow the company's approval and authorization procedures.

• Save the transaction reference or confirmation for recordkeeping, where applicable.

Important Reminder: Never include passwords, OTPs, or other authentication secrets in training manuals or share them with unauthorized individuals. Verify transaction details before authorizing any currency conversion.
